Returned to school obtain my Master's Degree in Early Childhood. Presently employed as an In School Suspension Coordinator. I have a great love for our youth. I started an after-school program for at-risk kids entitled the "Dare 2B Different Program".

Hi Rosemary, I think these are great quotes. I hope that like Louise Derman-Speaks, that my motivation will remain great throughout my whole career and that I will end as strong as I began. And as Raymond Hernandez has stated, I think our motivation has to be intrinsic for us to be effective and continue going when times get tough.
